Join us the BBC for a very special BBC Live Lesson coming to school classrooms all around the UK, hosted by CBBC's Karim Zeroual and Lauren Layfield and featuring the BBC National Orchestra of Wales with Ten Pieces Ambassador pianist and composer Julian Joseph.
Live Lessons support your teaching with curriculum-led free resources and activities by experts. Tailor-made for primary pupils, it's an opportunity for your students to join the biggest classroom in the UK.

Coming live from BBC Hoddinott Hall in the Wales Millennium Centre, the lesson aims to help students discover their inner composer.

We'll be exploring rhythm, melody and dynamics through:
- Bernstein's 'Mambo' from Symphonic Dances from 'West Side Story'
- Mozart's Horn Concerto No. 4 (3rd movement) and
- Mussorgsky's A Night on the Bare Mountain.
With interactive, hands-on activities, we'll be inviting students to contribute to a collective Ten Pieces party piece.
